Can anyone help? Direct Line £60 M&S Voucher

(posted in the wrong place at first - thanks to Torbrex for pointing me in the right direction!)

Back in January I took out a Direct Line car insurance policy swayed by the offer of a £60 M&S voucher - subject to carefully applying and waiting.
I carefully applied, using the correct links, not refreshing screens etc etc, then I waited - well past the 5 months before chasing up using the online form here: (new user - can't link)

I've done this three times now in the past several weeks, each time I receive an automated response email and then.....nothing.

Searching Google "MSE+M&S+Direct Line" will return only cached results of forum complaints about this subject, as if the forum threads have been trimmed?!

Please tell me I've not been duped? I am pretty competent using the internet and I know I followed the link directions perfectly.

Does anyone know how I can escalate this beyond the obviously dead enquiry form???

I would but I can't find any contact number via the site.
This is a MSE promo - DL aren't interested in helping. In fact, I get the impression they are pretty fed up with the phone calls about this....!
