Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw – DUAL STYLERS PROMO 1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents only, ages 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. No purchase necessary. Entry to the draw is free. 3. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various emails or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted. 4. All entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw. Entries will only be accepted from the official form. Entrants must complete the application form via the Woobox application by clicking the link (http://woobox.com/ux5vir) via Facebook or Twitter, detailing their name, email address, salon address and salon name, by pressing the ‘Submit button’ the entry is confirmed. Entries will not be returned and are the property of the Promoter. 5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries due to technical or other problems. 6. Entries must be received by 15:59 on 5th December 2014 (05.12.14). The prize draw will take place on the 05th December 2014 (05.12.14). 7. One thousand (1,000) completed entries will be drawn at random and will each receive a Dual Stylers set compromising of one Tecni.ART Dual Stylers Liss & Pump-up (150ml), one Tecni.ART Dual Stylers Sleek & Swing (150ml) and one Tecni.ART Dual Stylers Bouncy & Tender (150ml). 8. All 1,000 winners will be notified by email by 9.12.14. 9. Please allow up to 30 days from the closing date for delivery of the prize 10. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of like value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. 13. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner. 14. The names of the winners will be available by sending an S.A.E to L’Or!al Professionnel Dual Stylers Prize Draw, L’Or!al UK, 225 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 6 weeks of the draw date. 15. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. 16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities; (iii) Twitter Rules and Terms of Service, Twitter Policies and Guidelines for Contests on Twitter. The Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these terms and conditions or Facebook’s or Twitter’s policies outlined here. 17. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings with this promotion. 18.
