Refund of show tickets and programme

Hi troops,
Lovely to be officially a part of the MSE community!

I'd appreciate some advice on this one....

I prepaid for tickets and a Show Guide to the CLA Game Fair, which has had to be cancelled. I will get the price of the tickets back, but not the price of the show guide (which is entirely useless unless you are actually at the show!) on the basis of the show guide having been "already printed and distributed" as according to their website.

Now, in view of the show guide having been bought in good faith, how do I stand in asking for my cash back on this one? I paid by debit card through the cla show website, so unfortunately, I can't rely on a credit card guarantee.
