Fair quote for tiling?

I got a quote today for tiling our kitchen floor for £230. The kitchen is pretty small the tiling will only be about 5M2. This quote includes the adhesive and grout but I will supply the tiles. Is it a good price?

The norm is roughly £35m2 for flooring (£175) plus adhesive and grout. Sounds fairly reasonable.0

If your existing floor is a suspended wooden floor, does that include lining the floor with plywood first?0

The existing floor is concrete.0
