open the app, look in the top right corner where it should say account and have three dots, touch this and you should get an option to register your details...

The 3 dots aren't showing for me either, I've contacted them & they said..
'This is the first time I'm aware of any issues with either of the apps so I will make sure a colleague looks into this to see if something has gone wrong'.
and then...
Hm, that is strange. It seems that maybe an update has caused an issue or something.
Unfortunately I don't have further information on this so I can't assist further.
