Npower Website - Meter Readings

Apologies if this is covered in other threads, I've had a search and can't see.
In a nutshell Npower don't accept my meter readings. Instead they accept them sometimes and it shows up on the site, but then a week later they'll adjust to a reading they think it is (and keep the same date as if I submitted it)
On top of that, they'll say in red writing that I've never submitted a reading
The readings they estimate are way off in front of the ones I have. I have photo's of the readings since September (with a google page saying "what date is it today", like a 'proof of life' photo )
Is this a common theme with Npower? I just congratulate myself for taking these photos in case I get a shock at some point in the future. I have rang them, they said it's better to email. Since then I've email at least twice, but could be 3 times, and they don't reply. Today I used the live chat but the operator told me to ring
Should I just keep gathering evidence? Or is there a simple way of getting to accept the readings I provide?

Seems the N power web site has bitten the dust again, was working briefly yesterday when I submitted my readingsEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

Mine accepted a read on the 18 Nov, and when I look at it now, it states it was read on the 18 Nov, but the electric reading is 400 units more than the one I submitted. The guy on live chat said they don't have a browser to accept my links to photos
Seems such a simple idea, providing them with the truth0 -

Hi madshopper32
Thanks for your post.
Something definitely sounds odd here, if you're submitting readings through our website it should be those readings that show on your online account and that we bill you with.
I'm more than happy to look into this if you can email me some more details using the information our profile. When you do, please mark it for my attention and advise that you contacted via MoneySavingExpert. I'll see if I can get to the bottom of this for you.
Regards
