I posted back in august/September regarding a full and final proposal for an IVA approx. 3 1/2 years into agreement. I was delighted when Stepchange held a variation meeting back on October 27th and creditors voted 93% in favour of settlement figure which would bring dividend to 9.13p/£. Today completion certificate has arrived in the post! I obviously realise we cannot start to repair credit file until original proposal date is over, but it feels so good to have started the recovery process:)

I had to cancel mine after 2 years due to my IVA payments going through the roof and becoming unaffordable!!0 -

we were in a similar position with outgoings increasing and incomings decreasing, luckily enough we had someone who could help us out with a settlement offer.0
