After your pin how long does it take to recieve your Capital 1 card

My pin came last week on Tuesday, they did say within 7 days, and its been 7 days...I also recieve email details of log in and limit of £1000..But no card yet...Should I wait or call them?

how long did it take you guys to recieve your card after recieving your pin through the post?

It usually takes 5-7 business days and if it's been more than get in touch with the bank.

Mine came within a few days. I'd give it a few more days (more people are probably applying with Christmas coming up) and then call them.

Whats the longest anybody had to wait? anybody waitd more then 7 days? mind you they have sent me few emails now of log in details, limits etc, does that mean they sent out the card the day they sent me emails?

p.s do business days include Saturdays? since post also coms on Saturday am assuming it does count as business?

If the PIN has come and the card hasn't come 7 working days later, I think I would call them. They usually come within 2 days of each other, although sometimes they come on the same day which is not ideal.
