Hi all,
I am new to this site. So can you please help? Does anyone have a draft letter of what I can send to Athena ANPR Ltd as I do not want to exceed the 14 days.
If you have a draft letter I could adapt it and send it ASAP. I will also call the LIDL manager today and say that I can bring along the receipt/proof of purchase in store.
Looking forward for responses.
Thanks a million.0 -
A template letter is in the newbies thread which you will have seen

Shame that ... you could've taken them to POPLA and it would have cost Athena £27. You would have won w/o question. However peace of mind and all that. Credit where due to Athena though for using common sense, most of them don't seem to do so.0

.... or lacking the intellectual capacity to deal with the complexities of a well researched and developed appeal, set in the context of the PoFA 2012 and its requirements?
I'll let others draw conclusions! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
