Indesit washing machine won't drain!

More help/advice required please!

In my property I rent I have an intergrated Indesit washing machine which has stopped draining!

I can get the cycle working and once it gets time to drain the machine stops and the dial clicks round the different settings.

Any suggestions? Do I need to hire a plumber? DIY job? or a whole new machine?? :(

check the filter that could need cleaning, there should be access to it near the bottom on the front - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mmvr4Xn2W1w

I would second the filter- it just needs cleaning. Op- get into the habit of doing it once a year, although there probably wont be much gunk in there.

Have lots of old towels and a bowl/bucket at the ready! It is a simple job and will be done in minutes easily.

Yes check filter - But Is it the landlords machine?
So long as you have not damaged it and have used/ maintained it correctly( clean drain filter ) then it will usually fall on ll to repair
