They definitely aren't SB- none of them. Looking at the original paperwork for some of the debts the earliest is from 2010 and the latest from last year. They have all had payments on them as recently as early this year as I was on a DMP which I was making payments to up until about February time. I know my credit file is utterly trashed anyway- I don't want or need credit anytime soon- my phone is in someone else's name and I've got three bank accounts so don't much want or need anything else. The fact I was on a DMP and making payments until recently I'm sure that would have re-started the clock anyway. I asked for write off as I couldn't cope with the harrassment and they wouldn't listen when I told them I couldn't pay. I've got no assets and my only income is benefits- I knew there was no point in going down the SB route as I had been paying up until so recently and had actually paid off a couple of my debts through being on a DMP for three years. But then I was told its not advisable for me to work at the moment due to my physical and mental problems and after being off sick off and on for three and a half years and continuously for a year my work finally dismissed me so I thought I would be honest with them and see what came back.

Just an update- another letter today, Littlewoods have written off my debt. Ironically them, JD Williams (who so far have written off one account) and Vanquis were the worst for harassing me to pay..
