what do you plan on doing polly anna accountancy?
  • Pollyanna - I wouldn't worry too much about free listing days. When they happen lots of people list things so they tend to go for a bit less money.

I can't believe you guys who have read a whole book in less than a week. It takes me a month to read an ordinary sized book.

I was thinking of doing the foundation course in bookkeeping and then to decide from there. I quite like the idea of bookkeeping from home in a few years time when I have a coupla sprogs.

At the moment, I work in London and it takes me 1 1/2 hours to get to and from work (i.e. 3 hours in total each day) and I just don't think I can hack it for many more years. I'll keep going at it until I have children because it pays the mortgage, but I don't enjoy coming into London anymore.

Well my daughter and son read it quicker than me and then yesterday when I popped in for cuppa my grandson spoilt the end for me by saying "well of course so and so doesn't die" gee thanks , I nearly snatched back the £20 holiday pocket money I'd just given him...... and he neatly ducked as I swiped him round the earhole ...:rotfl:

Oh, I hadn't thought about that, making less money I mean. Oh well, maybe I'll have a look tonight to see if there is anything I can sell. My boss likes to think I'm a charity case and keeps giving me tat that he thinks I might like, i.e. the free CDs that come with the Sunday paper and I've sold them for a couple of quid before.

I've held off on getting the latest Harry Potter. I read the fifth and sixth ones so quickly that I can't remember what happened, so am going to read them again first before buying the last one.
