M&S on-line shopping rant

it's no wonder that M&S profits are way down in their non-food departments. I like to do most of my xmas shopping on-line, but despite lots of attempts I've been forced to shop elsewhere.
The M&S website is painfully slow and each time I've given up (the idea of shopping on-line is to save time!).
In my frustration I tried to email my concerns to M&S, but this also failed miserably.
I still shop in-store at M&S for food but they've missed out on my M&S xmas gifts that I usually buy on-line. They should look at Argos, Tesco Direct and other shops websites to see how it should be done - fast and efficient and they got my custom!

I had a hellish time with an online M+S order last year.
Took over 5 weeks for them to sort a really simple order.
You've had a lucky escape not being able to order...Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Never found Tesco online to be that user friendly. M&S one has usually been ok.0
