    A reduced offer from DRP means this is never going anywhere near court in respect of bylaws. Just stay in the file and forget mode.

    Well by Monday morning 6 months will have passed, which I understand means no further action can be taken. So just to close this off to anyone reading it in the future, no further letters were received, and I never received my court summons ��
