Hello all,
Seeking yet more techie help please.
Have just put new ink cartridges in - genuine![these were cheapest+freepost, to my surprise]

Need to print famberley crimbo boxes labelling off urgently, uplift having been postponed once because of this issue.

The cartridges are in - 6 pages to print - nothing happens.

Did some googling and have held down the red triangle button for a good 5 secs - to no avail.

Any ideas please?

Thankyou for any help I can understand.
