virgin media moving the goalposts

in feb this yr we had a virgin digi-box then added a mobile phone SIM @ £10 per month. on 27th apr we asked to change to a 'bundle' of phone, mobile and broadband as per the leaflet. this was done and bills were ok until june. july's bill did not have the discount applied so i rang to check it out and was told that we should not have been given the 'bundle' as we did not have a tv package. when challenged we were told that we'd need to have a large tv pakcage in order to get the other savings. this is not what it says in the leaflet. has anyone else had this problem? i haven't called again yet - BUT I WILL!! - also i may email the md etc. some advice please if poss. cheers
