Financial Association On Credit File

Quick one - I checked my credit report today and discovered an odd financial association. It's not odd as it is with my wife, but I have the following concerns:
1. The Source is "Moneio (Freestanding)" - I believe they are now Freedom Finance - and neither of us have ever had any business with that company.
2. It's dated in 2004, and our only financial association at that time was a joint Santander current account (the mortgage at that time was only in my name).
3. Also it being dated in 2004 seems like an odd thing since I thought most things only stay on file for 6 years.
4. Her surname is spelled incorrectly - there is also an appropriate association through our joint current account with Barclays so it looks like I have two financial associations.
Is this worth querying through the CRAs? Could it be held against me when applying for anything? I am looking to remortgage in the new year and want everything to be nice and clean.

Yes, query through the CRAs.
They can stay indefinitely, unless you remove them.:beer:0
