Addresses to envelopes?

Just wondered what people did re getting the addresses on the envelopes? Currently I have been writing them on but I did over 100 this weekend and it's getting tiring.
Been looking at the QL-500 and can only see positive reviews?
I send small packets 99% time and don't bother including invoices as most of my items are in the £2 range and are non-business.

People don't know what they want until you show them.

I've got a QL, and it's great. Dymo 450 also worth a look - in my opinion, slightly the better machine but it won't work on my PC any more as the software it uses got corrupted.0 -
I meant non business as in the items I am selling aren't to businesses so invoices would go in the bin.
I'll have a look at the Dymo but I'm really looking for something error free (if that's even possible) I have enough problems with my printer have to restart my computer and turn it on and off a lot.People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
If it's just the case that you wish to print the addresses, you have this option if you use Selling Manager.
On the Dispatch Action tab you can Print Postage Labels or Invoices and when you select that, you can print:
Please select one of the following:
Purchase and print postage labels
Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Collect+ postage labels through eBay.
Invoice and address labels
Address labels and invoice/packing slip
Invoice/packing slip
Address labels
Invoice for your own records
All (address label, invoice/packing slip, invoice for your own records)
Shop marketing
Shop promotional flyer
Invoice templates
Invoice template with VAT separately displayed
Invoice template based on net prices
Suggested invoice number 45 (Edit number scheme)
Back | Edit invoice and address label template
Selling Manager is free, btw. It might be worth a try to save you having to buy something.

If your volumes aren't too high then you can do what I did with a Word document where I just copied and pasted the addresses, which was set up to print onto an A4 page of stickers.0
