Just meet with them and make it the most pointless meeting they have ever had by answering everything with "No thanks".
We had a similar issue, the EA wouldn't stop calling to meet with their "In-House Broker", so I made an appointment and didn't turn up.

It begs the question to me: What about the purchaser who does not require a mortgage? Do they HAVE to see the broker? If they do not (common sense, surely), then why should someone with an AIP have to do so?0

But they do need to see the broker and provide proof of funds and wouldn't you be better with a small mortgage and you really need life insurance and by the way what is your maximum limit so I can tell the EA you have afford to pay a little more than your offer.0 -
I've lost track of how many governments (of whatever political persuasion) ago have promised to regulate the property sales market's tactics ... seems it's not likely to happen in my lifetime.
