euro car parks @ TK-Max, Norwich

Hi guys, we've been sent a PCN in the post from Euro Car Parks, T.K. Max's Cathedral retail Park, (went over the 2 hour limit). I've had them before and ignored them as advised on here but it seems the advise has now changed.
I can't make out why, the posts I've read just say don't ignore,
what is likely to happen? Will everyone who ignores this advise have to pay by law? I'm quite happy to follow the appeal route but neither am I frightened by paper in the post. Maybe somebody can enlighten me.:)

So, avoid waiting and wondering for 6 years in case of a small claim, and stamp on it now as we ALWAYS beat ECP at POPLA appeal and it costs them over £30. Same as we always beat ParkingEye as well so you can see the better option for people, is POPLA! Do read the top sticky thread for 'NEWBIES to read first'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
