Praise for Boots

I went into my local Boots this morning & one of the things I bought was an eye-liner which cost £5.19p. Wheni got home a couple of hours later, it wasn't in the bag with the other bits I'd bought.
Rather than go back, in the rain, to the packed town centre, I phoned and got a very helpful staff member, whose name I unfortunately didn't get. Anyway, I explained my problem, gave her the time etc that I'd been in & without any quibble, she went to the L'Oreal counter, told me there was one left and offered to send it in the post tomorrow.
Great customer service and deserving of praise, thanks Boots :-)
