Well that will teach me to waste money on a takeaway. £18, 2 hours to be delivered and cold and flavourless. Awful!

OH can't even face eating his fried rice so will incorporate that into tomorrow's dinner somehow.

    Anticlimactic end of holiday celebration!

  • Well done for listing those items, good that majority have got bids I hope they pay up with no problems.

Shame about the take away, we're really cut down as it sounds good but never turns out how you want it.

Noticing how people do the monthly payday countdown! Hope you've had a good day.

Saved my NSD yesterday by quickly popping home and grabbing a sandwich for lunch.

Dinner was a lovely stirfry joint effort with OH which used up the rice from the takeaway and soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, chicken, toasted cashew nuts, a couple of YS stirfry veg kits etc. 4 portions made so enough left for 2 lunches.

Posted flebay sales today. Cost £44.80 and I only charged £38.10 so £6.70 off my profits- I sent them all first class so maybe I'll do next bunch as second class to recoup this as long as it doesn't risk my feedback.

44 items were listed. 6 haven't sold so have relisted. 9 finishing today, 7 with bids.

15 paid and posted off. 3 just paid so will package tonight and post tomorrow. 11 not yet paid.

So far I've made £127.92 less 44.80 postage so £83.12. Hoping to hit £100-120 after all items paid and posted.

Made my PAD this morning: £27.06 to the loan which now says no payment is due this month as I've paid it all via PAD. Will keep PAD and see if that effectively goes towards next month's payment- and reduce the total to an amount I can clear in full on payday.

  • That is some serious e-Baying Shoes! I imagine you'd need a trolly to move all those items to the post office!

I was not exactly popular this morning!!! Cringing in the queue. The guy behind the counter was efficient but I was thankful that half the buyers hadn't paid....could have been even worse!

More of the same tomorrow....brace yourself!

Ok flebay total is......£190.91 not including p&p.

37 items sold, 7 items unsold and relisted.

11 paid today so far- will package tonight and post tomorrow. 11 yet to pay.

Total received so far: £182.56 and £44.80 spent on p&p so £137.76 profit. Paypa1 fees paid and flebay invoice should come after payday so will clear it then.

ETA forgot that when I first listed my items, one was sold immediately as a buyer asked for a BIN. I got £13.03 and it cost £3.30 to post so £9.73 profit....which takes me to £147.49...so close to £150:rotfl:
