No bill, no prospect of a bill....

so I'm off. Gas has been with SP for six months but they can't produce a bill, nor can they tell me when they will produce one in the future. However, I have been told that they will produce one when I leave, so I'm leaving.
If history is anything to go by, the likelihood of getting a correct bill is pretty much zero, but we shall see what happens.
