where do i start?

ok anyday now the small rental company i work for will cease trading due to poor money management.

I have been running my office single handedly for a year and run every aspect except the money side!Apart from the serious money issues everything else is doing well.

So well i am considering starting up my own rental company as i have the backing from quite a few landlords as their only issue is the money rather than anything i do wrong! Even landlords we have lost due to the money come and visit me for advice as their new companies just dont compare to ou service (minus the money issue!)

i just feel this could be that life changing moment! and all my hardwork will just go to another company when we close!

i really have no idea where to start, and would be greatful for any help, critisms, advice.

Hi thepinkladez, call your local business link and make an appointment with an advisor, they can help you with a business plan etc and the legalities of your own company. Take a deep breath and take the plunge or you will live a life of 'what if...' and 'if only....' If you get the right help and support your company will be different from where you work now, oh had another thought, could you PM your email address, as it seems like a good idea and I dont want to tell it to the world unless of course you die of laughter after reading the email. kind regards Sarah
