I have previously recorded a video onto dvd but infortunatley I cannot recall how exactly I did it so I hope someone can help
I thought what I did was play the video on VCR player connected to TV by scart - then also have the dvd recorded connected to the 2nd scart on TV, press record and that was it.
When I do this now, all that seems to be recorded is a fuzzy screen.
I can record TV onto DVD with no problems.
I can watch video on TV with no problems.
But recording video onto DVD again - I'm stuck!
Please help

do you have 'aux' (?) selected on the vcr and the correct input selected on the dvd recorder?0

Thanks - I am not sure what you mean by 'aux; though sorry.
On DVD recorder I can choose input as L1/2/3 and DVD or DVD/TV - I have tried all combinations and none of them worked.0 -

When I do it, it's one scart lead between the VCR and the DVD recorder and then a second lead from DVD to TV so I can see what it is doing....0 -
Thanks vfish - that's working now for me
