I had just over a tenner's worth of online vouchers that expired yesterday so I thought I'd risk it (my nearest HD store is 25 miles away so no checking of prices). Like lots of you so far, mine had no stock, did not supply alternatives and did not charge me. So £20.50 off my shopping.:D
@ driver has just dropped off my HD. I quote "I hope you're not going to get mad at me but I'm afraid they haven't sent half your shopping!"
I would have been more mad if they had sent the udi half!“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0 -
Savvy msm sees the price you pay at the till. Often that's not in our favour but sometimes it is
e.g. if msm shows an item at £1 and instore you pay £1.50 it will know you paid £1.50 or if there is a multibuy on it it will see the multibuy and ignore the single cost. These are the 2pk slices but sadley nothing is comparing favourably

OMG, just had a scare. Thought I'd have a quick catch up whilst the boys were eating dinner. Popped back into the kitchen because I smelt something funny. Couldn't see anything wrong but then noticed the grill was still on... opened the oven door and the grill pan was on fire :eek::eek: Managed to get the patio doors unlocked get the children out of the way and then flung it out onto the patio
Now not only have a cold, damp house but also smells horrid too
 Glad you are all ok logie that was a scare0 -
Well done willow and dip! It's winning time on the thread this week
We've spent the evening guessing what has gone on at our next door neighbours' house. An ambulance came by at 3am on Tuesday morning and I heard them walking up the stairs next door. Today the police arrived at their house and were there for an hour. They left with a case.
No idea! I was thinking either it's a forensics kit or was a case for a gun or something. Then again I've got an over active imagination :eek:Debt free 6th December 2014

Only now getting into the QC Bonus - will have to read back to see if I can spot your suggestions. As I have spent £99 on ToysRus then I can easily hit my £100 spend requirement, so now need to get 11 others. Got Bon Marche as a start, but haven't been paying attention (sorry!). Any ideas?
R4kuten looks like a good one - looking at the promo on the home page, you can get 500 points (£5) when buying Superpoints for someone if they haven't registered previously. So my thinking is buy £40 worth (for £30 after £10 discount?) which means I have spent £30 and get £5 back - Mrs Anon can then register and buy the actual item for £40 and also get £10 off to hit her QC target ... perhaps with slightly more than the points value so that something tracks for cash? Just added the £40 of giftcard to my basket and on checkout applied the £10 off £40 code and it appears to work ...
Many thanks

How many did you 'buy'?
Speaking of Udi's I went into my local A today to check they were still marked at £1 and they were no where to be seen. OH and I stood staring at the isle for a good five minutes :rotfl:
So should I order them for C&C I assume I wouldn't get them but I can't be 1000% sure there going to be £1 is that correct?
If so. Dare I take the risk? I did a C&C for UDI's to which I was given a replacement...
Do I go check my second local A? Hmmm...0
