I didn't want to post this earlier and play with fate. Some of you may remember that back in March my mum was diagnosed with advanced heart failure and was unlikely to be with us much longer. She's had a few "moments" since then but now barely needs to use her oxygen and during the week celebrated her 92nd birthday :T

    Great news! :T

If anyone from round here is looking for T mags, there are loads in Wa1kden -- looked yesterday at Sa1ford and Prestw1ch but no joy. Got loads this morning so very happy. Now need to look back and work out how best to use them. I know that CC is best for cheese but the trouble with cheese is that I eat it like some peeps eat chocolate  so I try not to buy it!!

Can confirm that if you buy two 3V cards you get the 150 points as well as the extra 100 x2 if you also present two vouchers from the mags. And, until the end of today, a HH voucher to be used next week. I use my points at redspottedhanky so in my book that's £12 straight profit. Did it twice and had to restrain myself from doing more since I'm being a bit cautious about the PayPal give cash to a family member thing in case the account gets suspended.[/QUOTE

That discounts my theory then as I was thinking maybe they get delivered in alphabetical order as we are always last for anything. Anyone know if there's any in Chester anyone live near Chester lol

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

  • Just been to Sada. No magic star tubes and only maltesers, Galaxy and M&Ms seemed to be in the offer :( Still no 2.25l drinks :( It was a waste of time me going really

How are some people getting it for free, I completely missed the post on this part, otherwise with the coupon's it doesn't seem an elite deal if you get what I mean ;)

Further back someone posted the codes and were using Decembers two codes as well as Novembers codes and they all worked. I did 4 anchor cheeses and a bottle of whisky worth £20 and when I put the four codes in i paid £18 in total :)
  • We've just finished making Olaf from the pieces we coloured in mr t today. It was ok better than I expected. They had an activity table with three different frozen sheets on, colour Olaf and cut out, snowflake cut out and a do you own character sheet. Then the monkeys got a frozen crown and a sticker book that holds 20 stickers this weeks stickers in the book. The next 4 weeks we get another pack from the cs desk using the voucher in the back of the book. So it looks like we will actually complete it:j then we did the treasure hunt for the competition and got a piece of frozen themed cake. Pretty well thought out and executed. Well done mr t:)

Thank you to the op who put the link:)

We went to this yesterday, wish I could say it was the same
We had the Elsa from Disney Land Paris at ours and the amount of people there was crazy!! They stopped people from joint the queue so there were some very angry parents and upset kids. That resulted in people trying to skip the queue and all sorts. It wasn't well organised or thought out at all in our store. We were there early enough so after standing for 2 hours ( :o ) we got to meet Elsa and DD got her picture take so she was over the moon! Her wee face was a picture so it was worth it for that alone :)

    Afternoon

been a hectic old weekend, but it's been good though seeing everyone. Totally knackered now though.

cheers for the new thread :)
