    Good Afternoon :D

EON amaze me I have been on the phone to them ;)

Had an email when I got home saying my DD was being reduced from £60 to £35 from Decembers payment  This amount is total for both gas and electric.

When my tariff ran out and I went on new tariff guy did say my bills would be cheaper.

I have rang them and told them to keep my DD at £60. If we have a bad winter my central heating will be on longer so gas bill dearer ;) Annual review is May so anything owing goes back into my bank. Rather do it this way then lower DD and get into debt with EON then my DD goes up more than £60 to cover high bill .

Yes you can return the items to store princess. I've only done it once but there is not an issue, especiallly if they picked the wrong thing. Be aware then with any C&C/HD, you should always check what they pick as half the time it's totally irrelevant!!! :rotfl: I once asked for ice lolly's, got a packet of biscuits as a sub :p

Haha, that made me laugh. I don't know who picks and packs but it's like they don't read. I find T's to be the best when it comes to subbing items.

Great news about your hob emerald...well done..

We went to a T christmas tasting evening last year...not seen any invites this year so you must be lucky.
About 20 or so people at the one I went to...we got given a small glass of something fizzy or an orange juice when we arrived....then the manager and some of the staff did a presentation on products ...there was a Q & A session and then we were asked to sample some bits from a buffet table...christmas range stuff and give a little feedback...
All in all about an hour quite enjoyable and a goody bag containing a few bits and pieces in to take home....cheese and pasta and a few other things if I remember rightly.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Talking of the Quidco Christmas Bonus I reached my £50 a few weeks ago. Now Dunelm have chosen to decline my purchase and I don't know why. I bought two Xmas tea towels £4.99 and supposedly 10p cashback.

I'm not bothered about the whole 10p lol but I'm bothered about the fact that it ll take up to 2 months to sort it out.

Guess I d be better buying something for a similar price from another shop to make sure.

Thank you. It was £109 at the time but there was about 20% off so made it cheaper.

    Good afternoon Elite

As I have completed the Quidco bonus I have a question please. If my mum signs up for a quidco account but someone else (who shall remain nameless) pays for the purchases in their name, would QC be likely to pick up on this?

    Thank you
if your mum logs in on her Q a/c, and goes through to the retailer that way, it won't matter who pays.. (i wouldn't link your paypal to her a/c just in case you were going to do that)

I always ask for 0.1g of mushrooms for 26p and get anything from
30p to £150 worth :D Also, warburtons potato cakes are always in store but never picked, i only ever get A own brand and Dad says they aren't that good.
