Just flying by folks before I go and see the lovely Lutzi1. Thank you so much for my birthday wishes. Hope to get on tonight to natter more. Been a busy week Dad went in for his op at weekend and it has gone well (wedge removed in lung to look at hotspot). Wappy Dappy with the morphine as usual but mellow with it this time. Then a job app in the early hours of Monday voluntary work, work and kids. phew

Morgy, I hope Dad is comfortable. Been mia as been laid so very low with a bad chest infection so behind with the news

Altojack - you will laugh - saw someone trying to find a home for a kitten on a facebook sales and free swops site . So I am now introducing a kitten to my two cats lol. Think you put the idea in my head. :) I have always wanted a ginger cat and have always had grey rescue cats. So he is a present to myself. He is in isolation in my bedroom at present - trying to decide name between Ghengis Cat, Monty, Bertie or (son's idea) Jaffa. DH not happy at having his head jumped on at 2am in the morning lol. Added bonus :D

You brave soul, pictures please of your new baby. I am tempted myself as we lost our cat when he was 21. Suffered from dementia bless him. I feel ready for another cat/kitten but as we travel quite a bit maybe the time isn't right just now.
Please keep us informed of how things go

Good afternoon Elite, hope everyone well and all plans running nicely.

FC, I' just been reading about the visit but as I'm way back on page 230 no doubt I've still got plenty to keep me laughing. (which is not always a good thing when one is a lady of certain age and likely to have a coughing fit or two  :rotfl::rotfl:)

    Right back to catchup x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I have somehow changed all my desktop icons to open with vlc player.
My desktop is full of traffic cones:eek:
  • Good Afternoon all,

I brought 2 Ardmore Whisky this morning and got 10000 match points and 12000 more points.

I brought some petrol afterwards and got £20 worth of vouchers straight away. :j:j

Also, I've received an email from Greggs for a free birthday cake using their app.

Hope everyone's having a lovely day.

This is how you might fix them one file type at a time

Right click on any of the icons and choose "properties"

then where it says "Opens With", you can choose to change the default option

John Frieda Frizz Ease Nourishing Oil Elixir (100ml) is now showing £6 in m's on msm.

So not getting paid to take away anymore. :(

That's assuming APG agrees with MSM.

Even if price DID change today it shouldn't filter through to APG until tomorrow and that's assuming enough of the scanners in M pick up the new price

Ardmore Highland Single Malt Whisky £29.99 in Morries with 6000 more points
Showing in A at £26. Untested so don't know if this will price match.

Based on the above you'd expect 7980 match points and 12000 more points if you bought 2 bottles (so £20 a bottle) but.....

This makes it £18.99 a bottle

Either someone has it for £24.99 a bottle or it's even cheaper than that and the Match points maxed out at 10000

Does the receipt say it would have been exactly £10 cheaper elsewhere or does it have a higher amount?

    TIA
