Now I would have gone out clubbing with them insisting on the retro music dance floor asking what music videos she had been in:eek:
DS1 is obviously quite aware of time restraints on her returning state side and might be part of the appeal. Brave boy taking her clubbing in his home town though.
Kudos to her for being willing to meet you, I just think they should be staying in a local hotel and never let my kids OH's stay over on night I have met them.

Did you have to cut short dinner to watch celebrity jungle as I can't imagine ds2 having his schedule changed.

Enjoy your drink now you deserve it.

Their timing was impeccable ;) Ds1 knew that DS2 would be getting twitchy about the jungle :D

I think all in all, being what they are, my kids behaved well. They even ate a vegetarian meal  (DS2 had chicken nuggets on the side :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) but we did try. I know I've joked but we were as civilised as our circumstances allow. Take us as we are ;)

  • Oh dear I'm in the bad books. Poured myself a drink and promptly managed to knock it off the worktop. One of OH's favourite glasses as well :o

Me too, though I am not linguistically proficient at these type of word-games:o

That is perfect. I know where the wood is from but it does have a nicely aged look about it (no not an innuendo past that onto art now).
Have you decided on its final resting place.
Frame is perfect colour and crafted with love.:T
