Evening all. Haven't caught up at all to my shame but have just somehow stumbled upon small trail of posts as I logged on and thanked them. Locarb, I love your thing about your Christmas list shrinking as you get older, I am going to borrow that one. I find it's always good as you and gift recipients get older to give things that will be consumed or otherwise enjoyed (eg dvds), rather than what I call "dust gatherers".

Just popped in to say the Morrisons deal is doing nicely here, I have several of the 12.5 kg sack of potatoes for £2 amongst other things. Brilliant for storing outside in the garage - lots of lovely potatoey recipes coming up (Lincolnshire girl here) , and perhaps I should take up making vodka? :D :rotfl:

I hope all are well and doing ok. Well done on the sealed pot bubbs. :T

    Hello :D

From my understanding of the replies if they change the price of the Beef I can refuse it when delivered and have the money refunded to my card.
In my preferences in my Asda account I chose no substitute was that the right thing to do? Or should I change my preference to allow to substitute. Thanks everyone for your help.

Yes you can refuse stuff without a problem viv:) your money will be refunded. I always allow substitutes as you can get some very interesting things....of a higher value sometimes.....which you still gave the option of turning down.

    Any jokes!:)
