Ok so most embarrassing moment of the year for me tonight. :o:o

We had been invited to a party without knowing, they had text Mr TS and he had not got the text. :eek:

Last minute phone call from them so hour to be ready and off. Grabbed a box of Finest penny chocs from my new stash room. Couple bottles of wine from the rack. Sorted.

Well could have died when the deserts were served, the chocs were opened too and there in the corner was a nice white furry one ie. covered in mould. :o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

Don't think my stash room is ideal storage for them. Will have to go out tomorrow and do a bit of checking see what else is suffering.

I scanned all 3 of the tubes I got whilst in store on mys .... M&ms showing as oos at T which is why I chanced it.

Hoover boy is quite mad as per. It's his birthday party tomorrow so he's a bit more bonkers than usual because he has a new policeman outfit to wear and I think the excitement is getting to him. I don't think he's really that bothered about the party, he just wants to be a policeman

DS2 only ever had one 'big' birthday party. Aww bless he shares a birthday with TM.......and AAU if he feels like having a birthday tomorrow

Good evening. I see there is some talk about the tubes of sweets - only 3 flagged as being in the offer in my store but there are many more tubes, are they all included?

But Milky Way Stars ...? Seriously ...? I have "a few" already and now they are packet-less after cashing in the Sweet Sunday codes. 24 packets should keep us going for a few days ... answers on a postcard what to use them for ...

if they did come back as oos in T that would have made the other 2 compare to full price in T. not what we want.

No the guy whose birthday it was had opened them, I could tell by his face something was wrong. He then spoke to another of our friends and then came over to me and pointed it out.

Trouble is I have been having a bit of a problem with the new room as there is no air circulating and think maybe I should have waited for the bit of floor that had to be concreted to same level and block walls to dry out bit more before I started using it. Have had some black mould growing on the ceiling. So contacted the builder and he is coming to put some vents in but like builders do keeping us waiting.

I didn't realise that it is causing a problem with the chocolates, we had box couple of weeks ago that I had kept in doors and they were absolutely fine. Reckon some things will have to come back in. :eek:

Mr TS reckons it's because the Finest ones are not sealed in their box so the moisture has penetrated.
