    Afternoon all.
My DD's 18th party is in a week or so and we are having a 'strictly' type dance party, with someone coming to teach us some basic charlston or salsa dances! Apparently the numbers coming are about 80 :eek:, so I need to buy drinks for that quantity.

We are doing soft drinks only as its for all the family, from grandparents to baby cousins ,so I need to get drinks on offer- sada do 4 packs of coke/diet coke in the 3 for £10 offer- is that the best price do we think??
I know that when the glitches happen, coke is really cheap, but we can't predict when that will next happen can we??
Also need to get other fizzy drinks and cartons of fruit juice, so please shout loud if there are any good deals on over the next week.
    many many thanks.xx

The cat food shop wasn't great in the end and the apg picked up the multis which weren't showing for quite some time after the shop was done. Just shows the dangers of early morning shopping before any msm updates.:(

Looked at Evangeline's shop earlier and that was fine at 05:15, however mine was too late at 07:00. I wonder what the deadline time is each morning and if it is the same time each day? Looks like it is dangerous after 5am and a definite no-no at 7am.

Oh, and the multis are now on the Dettols and the Palmolives so I would avoid these now too.

A failed shop:D:D. Sorry about that but you always seem to get the glitches and never lose, whilst I'm never finding them, so at least we're drawing at one all in our failures now:rotfl::(.

I think 6am is the time to shop by - didn't we 'decide' earlier that it related to the time when you shopped rather than the time the receipt is checked (3 hours later)? - though I don't think the updates are at exactly the same time every day - I think while the aim is usually to have updated the system at 6am, they can be as late as midday, so this could have otherwise worked if it were on a different day, or even, very rarely, after midday. Your guess as as good as mine on these things though.

Ideally I'd say shop prior to 3am:rotfl: and check the receipt before 6am. Seems like we have to be up 24 hours a day as I should have done that dishwasher tablets shop at breakfast time, yet only learn about other glitches very late in the day and end up shopping around midnight, now I have to shop at around 3am and be up all day long as well:rotfl:. The 6am supposed updating is also the reason why, if I hear of a glitch very late in the day, usually about 10 or 11pm by the time I find out about it having been going on all day, I immediately go out and ensure a shop is done overnight as I know it will not work come breakfast time.

I've not seen it mentioned, so it probably has been mentioned:rotfl:, but the Cod is back at 84p vs T. These supermarkets are so cyclical and predictable aren't they?:D I thought only last week 'wait for the cod, it's £1.68 at the moment and too dear but it will soon be back...', and so it is. Thanks Mr T!

Sorry Savvy...but your post about shopping at odd hours of the day has got me wondering if this might be the best time of the day for an elite meet....
The thought of a band of people shopping in supermarkets for "glitch" type purchases be that handwash or catfood has actually made me chuckle and brightened my day ....thank you
