Good Morning to all,
Hope its a good one today0 -
Good morning:)it's a lot milder today:)and no noise from the builder am wondering if he will turn up today has yours arrived Tiny;)
They were here earlier than 8am Nanny , come and gone now.
Was so embarrassed after a bit of fiddling key turned in door all the things me and Mr TS were trying ourselves that didn't work. :rotfl:
He reckons maybe something was stuck in the lock but so happy that it didn't have to be drilled out, he did reassure me they are good locks and come with a guarantee if we have anymore problems. :T
Apparently I am being pencilled in for new vents this week in my room. :j
And I took him up to see the now empty bathroom and he is going to return with a plumber so he can give me a quote, he said it will be nice to have an inside job this time of year.
How are yours doing Nanny sorry I did make a cuppa earlier but it's gone cold, will pop kettle on again. :coffee:0 -

I got it on double up with CC points so no real money spent. Never seen anything negative said about them though
Hi fairclaire can you remember what offers the booklet contained please
Good Morning everyone. Off to Chester today to hunt for 3v cards, magazines O2 offers and anything else a bargain lol oh and the dentist.0 -

Lots of things to do using cc points
Walking tour of nearby town
Massage oil ( and maybe a couple of things we do not talk about on here) think oil is £1 in pounds land
For December maybe a cheap premier inn room with a wonder round the town picking a few Xmas bits but in a relaxed way.
Definately a picnic or maybe a clear summers night laying on a blanket looking at the stars (buy an I spy stars book but most blokes are good at stargazing).
Afternoon at nearby museum, not sure where you are but London ones are mostly free.
Wild card where Mr sparklyfee chooses.
Get messy in kitchen and take time to cook a new dish together accompanied by favorite music.
Make a piece of art together.
Many ideas

Thanks for these ideas. I've remembered I've got some afternoon tea recipe books I got for 5p at Ts last year. Will wrap one of those and do a make our own afternoon tea date. As we live by the sea I've got prosecco on the prom night but I might add a stars book to that, something we've never done.
Babysitters can be few and far between so in case of letdowns I'm popping in family days and nights too so that if we get let down last minute then all is not lost. Keep the ideas coming, I'm enjoying planning this :T0 -
Apologies in advance if this has already been posted because I wanted to get it on so people can do it before the prices change so I haven't read through last nights post yet.
