Doesn't it depend on where the phone originally came from? If it was from the Apple store the above is correct, but my understanding was that if it came from somewhere like Phones4U or Carphone Warehouse, once the sim goes in, it locks the phone to that network.

Good morning. No normal alarm time today. It is raining though so I've just spent half an hour putting a lead on the dog and dragging him outside for a wee by god that animal is stubborn!
