Can I ask you wise lot :rotfl::p am I best going instore to choose my beef joint from a? I have read about rump and topside (I think) and if I order online I presume I will get bog standard beef. Or does it not matter how I buy online or instore?

    Please and Thank you x

    I ordered 4 on c&c yesterday.

I chose the smallest weight and as hoped, I was subbed with bigger.

I ended up with 2 topside and 2 silverside.

I think they also have rump.

I won't offer you one of my chocolates, health and safety now you are expecting. :o

Pay, just another thing to add to the long list of stuff that I'm not allowed now. I'm full of cough and cold and can only have paracetamol. How is it in this day and age there isn't something available for pregnant women to take. Not that I'm really moaning. I've been waiting far too long for this for a pooey little cold to get m down lol xx

They only had 2 types in my store, Topside and silverside. They were all mixed in together. I didn't see any other ones. Quite a variation in weights as well from just over 1.5kg right up to nearly 3kg. Don't know if that helps?

It does help fc, thanks for the reply :) I will nip down there tomorrow morning and see what my little a has. I fancy getting a few smaller joints, I have joined the elite in buying a spare freezer so can start it off with some lovely beef for xmas and new year.

Er why did you choose that name by the way :o

Lol, I call the hubby stinkface, it's just a daft name I gave him when we got together. Obviously if he is stinkface then I must be mrs stinkface. Makes perfect sense to me :D
