Sorry to hear that we have been having trouble again. Hopefully we can settle down and everyone can play nicely.

I have been having a quick read back and it seems that some form of Mod policing action has been taken again as another member who was posting on this thread earlier (I think others have referred to posts about Welsh beef in Essex or something) is now PPR. I understand that we cannot discuss the reasons why someone gets suspended but needless to say that hopefully there is a way back for everyone who has been sent down that route to join back in and contribute to the discussions (and glitches!) if they are allowed back after time out.

You would hope that we can all get along - the ignore facility is there for a reason (but if someone goes way beyond the line, then the forum team do seem to take action - hopefully it does not normally come to that). Personally I have not put anyone on ignore because I am generally clueless about what is going on (even when seeing all the posts ) and frightened of missing anything . We may not all agree on each others opinions/approaches but so long as people are not being abusive or deliberately trolling then there is a place here for everyone :A.

But we aren't talking about someone having a major problem with FC having offended them here - its about one person who has clearly made it their job of the month to report many of her posts on a frequent basis just for the sheer hell of it. They must have reported a fair number of posts cos I doubt the team would be bothering too much with just one or two reports over a period. Its not normal and it seems to be just vindictive bullying. FC is putting a brave face on it all but we have no way of knowing if the perpetrator will stop with her - he seems to be winning at the game he/she is playing so how long before he/she moves on to reporting other innocent posters ? None of us want to stir up the pot with the Mods but surely they can tell the difference between a legitimate report and troublemaking ?

Also its not just FC they are reporting there has been a few posters how have had posts reported so it seems to me not just posters they have a problem with but the thread itself

Whoever is causing all the bother is very very short sighted. If the thread is shut down, they lose as much as the rest of us. I am trying to be careful with the way I word things. Not because I fear being reported but at some point there may be a reported post that becomes the last straw and the future of the thread is placed under jeopardy. That's my last word ......I think:rotfl:
