118500

I am at my wits end.
Last year i was promised a refund from BT for a 118500 call. The refund was put through on Xmas Eve 2013 and i have still not received it.
I am a SKY customer and apparently this means a refund will be in the form of a postal order which can take a bit longer.
I have been passed from pillar to post, not called back several times and despite another manager finally saying six weeks ago she would put the refund through again i have still not received it.
Everybody says there is nobody you can speak to to make a high level complaint and to get this resolved.
To be honest although i want the money back it is now more a matter of principal.

How much are you expecting to be refunded.
It must have cost you a bit in phone calls.....
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • It is only £15 as i have refused to call 118500 to be charged again to deal with a refund that i still have not received.I have spoke to the main switchboard, customer services, various managers etc and still no where. They all say there is no where to make a high level complaint. It is an absolute joke
