Tesco Kitchen

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.
We ordered a new kitchen to be fitted via Tesco's, this was subcontracted to Mark 2 Kitchens. We agreed the price and paid a £1600 deposit on 22nd October. The date for installation was agreed to be on 24th November. However, Mark 2 notified us on the 10th November that there was an issue between Mark 2 Kitchen fitters and Tesco and they would no longer be fitting the kitchen. Tesco contacted us to advise that they had terminated their agreement with Mark 2 (on the 14th November) and that we should email a copy of proof of the deposit payment and they would arrange a refund. Tesco stated that they would arrange a form to be emailed by reply to our message, so the form would be emailed immediately for us to complete. Our message was sent on the 15th November and as yet Tesco have failed to email the form to us. It seems that they are dragging their feet and keeping our deposit. This is affecting my partner's health as he suffers from ME. Please HELP!

Have you tried giving Tesco a ring to chase them up?
