pip medical positive I think

I had my pip medical yesterday. The lady was very nice and put me at ease. She helped me to explain how my illness affects my day to day life. She wrote things I had not thought of and got me to explain how bad things can get. I told her everything and she listened and took notes.
I was not expecting that and am wondering if that is normal.

She asked me about my long term medical history and stays in hospital's. She expanded on the things I said. It was like she was on my side. I am worried that this was an act on her part.

I hope she was really that nice. Has anyone else had a medical like this.

She shouldn't actually be on either side. She should be gathering the facts and making an assessment accordingly. She certainly shouldn't be trying to catch you out either, which was quite a common complaint in the past.
It's good that you were put at ease because that way you will hopefully be thinking more clearly when you answer and providing more complete information.

i would take anything they say with a pinch of salt most of it is scripted anyway just wait for the decision that way you will know
