Amazon: Praise

I ordered two items, one large in size but worth £13. The other small but worth £29.

A delivery arrived, in a box larger than the large item, if you follow.

Brown paper packing to occupy spare space.

I took item out and threw box away (I get amazon stuff delivered to work)

Only when I checked was it apparent that I had probably thrown out the smaller more expensive item.

I emailed amazon asking them to check whether both items should ave been in same box.


They confirmed that there were and had been sent. I was totally honest with them accepting that I may have inadvertently chucked out the small item with the packaging.

They say they have sent a replacement, even by a faster delivery route than I chose.

Absolutely fantastic service, I thought it was probably my own daft fault and told them so, but replacement nonetheless.

Beat that!

I always use Amazon as I have had excellent Customer Service.
Problems are solved so promptly.

Amazon are fantastic. I purchase most of our stuff from them. I have never had a problem with quality, delivery and their service is second to none. I rarely but anything in the high street or out of town shopping places anymore.

Thanks for what has been said, what I think has been missed is that i think it is my fault, which i have told them - yet still seem will collet.
