Changing spotlight bulbs

I have a couple of bulbs that need to be changed but I can't figure out how to get the bulbs out! In my old house the bulbs were held in with a clip but that's not the case in my current home. I've googled it but am no wiser. Help!

I have a couple of sets of spotlights, using small bulbs that are a real pain to change. Not screwed in , just pushed, but not enough room to 'pull' off.
This is sold to help, not a great fan , but its a start.

Gu 10 s are normally gently press the lamp ( bulb ) upwards - you should feel it move a few mm - it should then be possible to rotate it (generally anticlockwise) through about 90
Some part of the light fitting turns and drops down (these normally have little lugs sticking out each side of lamp) the lamp is held in by two clips either side.
Others there is a retaining clip which is drawn together then pulled downwards allowing lamp to drop down
A picture might help ?

Some bulbs come with a suction cup thing to help with the twisting. If that isn't available, try wearing rubber gloves. No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0

Thanks for the replies. I don't think a suction cup would work as the bulbs don't press in. You can change the angle of them, any more ideas please?0

Is there an internal 'ring' around the bulb? If so it might twist anticlockwise and drop out.

If you can post a pic I'm sure we can help0 -
You'll not get much sensible help unless you post a picture. Otherwise we are just guessing.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
I second the idea of using a rubber glove. Press on the face of the bulb and wiggle clockwise and anticlockwise a bit first, then turn more forcibly anticlockwise. Don’t expect it to retract much, it's almost imperceptible. And don't press too hard as this will simply impede the bulbs ability to turn. Just press gently and wiggle until you feel it give. I mean wiggle your hand but you can wiggle other bits if you think it'll help.0

I've tried to find how to post photos but no luck. Can someone tell me please?0
