Sky Movies offer but not in HD

Really disappointed with Sky's 1/2 price movies for existing customer offer, you get the movies but not in HD. Surely if you have HD channels they should give you movies in HD - not with Sky they want to charge a further £5.25 per month

Their website said if you have a HD box & Family pack then you can watch in HD.

One customer services said initially they can give a discount then retentions said they could not due to one discount per client.

They are quite correct when saying that, if you have the HD box and 'Family' you can watch in HD(see listings of channels on their website) . In fact, you can watch in HD if you have the 'Original' or 'Variety' packs but only free-to-air channels.


Be aware that taking half price movies could affect any current offers you have.
