Got letter today from virgin media:"Wanted to let you kow that form 1st FEb 2015, price you pay will go up" by £4.89
I already pay for my package the following:
Bundle Charges
Talk Evening and Weekends Fully Itemised Billing
TV Size: X L 1 Additional V Box
V+ HD Monthly Fee Broadband XL (Up To 60mb)
Bundle Charges total £65.60
Phone line rental total £15.99
Premium add-ons
Movies4,Movies5,Sports1,Sports2
Premium add-ons total £36.25
Your package total £117.84+telephone bill

If you are not ready to up sticks to a competitor then you are happy.
Today I was minded to finally do something about my Virgin Media, went to Retentions and got an upgrade at lower price, albeit with a tie-in. But I assume I can exit that tie in in Feb - as I have not been informed of the price rise in writing yet
