How does Capital One decide what limit you have?

Ok so I got a limit of £1,000..How do they decide this?

also can you get rejected by Capital One too? on what basis?

who knows they don't say, yes, yes but once accepted only fraud will stop it

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
