Okay I have never had a credit card before and I only use this one sparingly on a normal basis and make sure it's repaid by the end of the month. Yes sorry for taking so long to reply, yes it is not for a mortgage but for a rental deposit.

We have discussed it though and think that a loan with set repayments would work out better for us.
