Thanks for posting the stats, great to get an overview of the year.
A lot of people say they've made X amount from Neobux, but if $0 is cashed out and it is all reinvested, over and over, at what point is any profit drawn? After a couple of years?
One person on the forums has made $200,000 or something, but they've put quite a considerable sum in at the beginning and have only cashed out about $10,000 more than that, and they've been a member for many years. And they are one of the 'big hitters'.
But like you said just some free time and definitely worth continuing with as you seem dedicated. Look forward to seeing how well you do going forward too xThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Hi all,
I signed up for neobux yesterday via the referrals thread.
The person who referred me has already answered a few questions via PM, very kindly, and I did some research online over the last few days about it all.
However, one thing I am not sure about it the Mini Jobs.
These keep crediting one cent when I do a task yet it says $0.89 next to the task.
Could someone explain please why there is a difference? Figured it out now - it's not $0.89 but 0.89 of a cent...thought it was a little too good to be true!
However, I am still unsure as to how I would eventually go about converting my points into using them for referrals, is anyone able to advise please?
ThanksI enjoy money-saving and am slowly entering the world of online earnings - aiming to pay for Christmas 2015 from extra income earned in 2015.
So far: Bubblews £16.19 . Swagbucks £25, Neobux £1.29, Clixsense -.
Freebies/wins 2015: 2 x Convent Garden soup boosters, mini L'Oreal foundation, LG smartphone, mini Clinique face wash.0 -
It likely says 0.89cents not $0.89, so that is the differece.
The job is worth 0.89 of a cent, so 89% of 1 cent. Not $0.89, 89 cents.
Hope that helps xThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks for posting your stats Techn
I'm fairly new to NB but I have enjoyed reading the forums too. I think it is all about the goals you set yourself and how long you want to "reinvest". I've subscribed to a couple of threads on there. One lady has got to the stage where she gets a passive income of $7-9 a day and someone else gets $45-$55 a day.....definitely a slow burn, but I'm enjoying it.
The task fees vary a lot MK~ this thread is a great place to find the best ones :j
Did the MIT task yesterday, really enjoyed it. The first part on NB paid $3.56 bonus and it was credited really quicklyThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks katy kicker for answering, although I have figured it out myself now as well
And thanks rachelja I am using this thread along with the advice you gave me earlier which was really helpful
If anyone can answer the query I added above re converting points I would be grateful.

Just want to warn people on Clixsense.
I've got another phishing attack today from the MicroAd Quality Time with Dad, quite annoying.
I remember some sites on MicroAds have been hacked not long ago, maybe something to do with this.0 -
A phishing attack or a phishing attack warning? Google Chrome is quite overzealous with those but thanks for the warning.
I had this yesterday, again on Clixsense. Not sure why they're still featuring it!

I started with Neobux mid 2013 and invested about $250 (all from earnings from other sites). I have an Ultimate membership (paid until September and the Gold element will be paid in points this year as I have passed the 30000) and I have now 3795 RR. I renew 15 to 20 of them each day to spread the cost, and always for 240 days.
Since the day I signed up I have earned $13,626 and at first I reinvested everything. I have now started cashing out at the end of each month and I have received $2,630 in 2014. It works out at just under 20% but it takes very little work as most of it comes from my RRs.
I hope this helps0
