Maybe worth a look if you're searching for gainful employment over the US holiday weekend. Fairly harmless if you discount the job's annoying habit of periodically spitting out your proffered sentence structure.

Oh, there is also quite a high % of what I have since verified is One Direction matter featured. Avoid if you have a low tolerance (although there is no sound here, just visuals).

I wondered what your neobux recycling strategies are?

I recycle those that haven't clicked for 8 days and if they have click average of less than 0.6, I recycle between 4 and 10 people a day.

Is there a better way of doing it?

If you have the ultimate pack people tend to just let the auto recycle kick in which is 7 days. I don't have it so I tend to do the same 8-9 days but i'm mindful of the expense and you can over recycle which is really just a waste of money most of the time.

If you go on the neobux forums you can view some of the more experienced users and read their diaries but most haven't found any breakthroughs when it comes to recycling.

    Woohoo :T

    Increase in bonuses on NeoBux:
    Mini Job bonuses
    Standard
Standard members will now have a 15% bonus for every $1 of completed tasks (previously it was $12).
    Golden
Golden members will now have a 30% bonus for every $1 of completed tasks (previously it was $24).

There is more on there....don't particularly understand the Ultimate referral limit information....will think that over later.

Not going to particularly please those with 10K plus RRs. Not going to make any difference to us low-flying peasants.

  • Welcome back Racelja, sounds like you had a good time away :)
Just back on this forum myself, and trying to get back into the swing of things. Trying to catch up reading millions of pages from you guys.
You all do such a great job here! It's so inspiring.
I've had a couple of family-emergency months which has lead to no time to myself to come on and graft hard. But every time I read another post I feel invigorated and believe in myself to get going again :)
    Keep it all going peeps!
BTW saw it mentioned paying for RR recycles isn't really worth. Is that the general consensus? I often pay for recycles as I felt you get a more awake referral lol, but have no proof it works, just looks n feels like it pays, but I could be totally proved wrong. What's everyone think on that ?

i agree they won't be best pleased i've checked the forums and nothing has been said thus far but as you said for the majority of people it won't cause any problems.

quite a hefty increase though isn't it.

    edit

afew ultimate members are complaining on the Problems and Doubts section wanting the news post to be unlocked so they can reply to the thread but admin wants to answer each one directly.

I'm still slightly confused on who it affects in the post it says above 4000 referrals the new 240c kicks in but then it says no one under 10000 referrals will change ?

The rental cost to anybody under 10K RRs will be the same as it has always been. Previously, the incremented cost of packs reached a ceiling at $1.20 per referral, so a pack of 150 cost $180. This is the level reached once an account tips into 5-figure referrals, and before this new change was the maximum cost. You could go on renting forever at this fixed cost.

Now, the pack costs increment as before after the 10K threshold ($181.50, $184.50, $186.00 etc etc) all the way up to the new ceiling, which will be a whopping $360 (2.40 x 150).

Anybody currently growing an account in excess of 10K will face greater costs.

Anybody currently growing an account in excess of 22K will face an immediate doubling of their pack prices (think that's correct! don't quote me...)

For recycling to be a worthwhile exercise you need to identify a geniunely bad referral and have him/her replaced by a new referral that is not only a) less bad but b) less bad to a sufficient extent to recover the costs of the recycle.

The trouble is that you're only able to control one side of the coin, so to speak. The other half is luck, although new referrals are supposed to go through a monitoring process ensuring they have registered 11 clicks over the previous 5 days before re-entering circulation.

I never had much luck during the time I manually recycled. I think it probably has a place in smaller accounts, however, where a handful of lazy referrals can have a much more detrimental effect, proportionally. It's very easy to get carried away, however. I'd advise a laser-guided approach, rather than a kitchen-sink-chucking one! :)

This task doesn't count towards your levelling up... or appear in your history. I did query it with CF but got no reasonable answer.
