From the answers i've seen on the problem section of the forum you can tether by using your mobile phone and click your ads via a laptop
make sure your phone provider doesn't use any proxy or vpn though i don't think many do TBH

The only no no is clicking on the ads via a mobile phone/tablet some people have sent messages to admin before they go away to inform them i'd probably do that to cover yourself in case your phone provider does use proxies etc without actually telling you.
