Well believe me or not, it doesn't work for me.

Why would anyone have a reason to disbelieve you? Lots of people post here regularly that they have the same problem, we've also both said it has happened to us.

If we have offered the solution we try and it doesn't work then I suggest you send a screenshot to Crowdflower to try and at least get credit for all the wasted time.

If I try a job and it doesn't work I just give up, they are too underpaid to keep trying :rotfl:

It's frustrating when you looking for help and somebody says: "It has been said before", assuming that my problem is exactly the same as the one others have experienced.

I did the task where you were asked to look in the first ten pages, this one was different.

It is also frustrating when you misinterpret what my post meant and made an assumption about it. 'I have a feeling that has been said here several times by various people lately too' refers to people having problems, not people offering the reply as to how to help.

Also, your problem IS the same, regardless of how my response comes across. With a joint total of over 1,000,000 tasks completed just by the regulars that post here, and that job being completed every day by some of us, we know the errors, or the majority at least. The bookmarklet frequently fails to work, fails to register you are in a task and fails to let the tickbox be submitted, all of these errors come up regularly, you'll soon learn that if you intend on continuing with tasking.

Just because the fix that sometimes works doesn't work for you doesn't mean that anyone would disbelieve you. I've better things to be doing than assuming someone would lie about a task worth pence, or cents. People do misread the instructions, because they aren't often clear, but again that doesn't mean I assume someone is stupid, can't read or anything else.

If you're going to jump to conclusions when asking for help here you will soon find that the few people that genuinely want to help here will not bother. If in doubt you'll be better to ask, rather than assuming something, particularly when talking about tasks on an overcomplicated platform.
